So How Do We Do it?
We meet, we get to know each other, we become acquaintances, friends and business partners. However it all starts with getting to know each other and that is where the meetings come in.
3 Ways We Connect
At BN4ES, we keep things flexible. While our bi-monthly meetings are at the heart of what we do โ and we do ask that you show up for those โ we offer two other alternatives to make it work for you
- Group Meetings
- One on One Meetings
- On-Line Meetings
1
Group Meetings – Table Members
This is where the real connections happen. Nothing beats meeting face to face over breakfast! Our group meetings take place bi-monthly in Ra’anana and are the foundation of our networking community.
2
One on One Meetings – Frequent Flyers
Mornings not your thing? No problem. Reach out to any member directly and set up a coffee, lunch, snack a time and place that works for both of you. These personal connections are just as valuable.
3
On Line Meetings – Frequent Flyers
Can’t make it in person โ whether you’re traveling or based outside Israel? Join our bi-monthly meeting online. Same great format, same connections, just from wherever you are in the world.
Ok...Now that we have met,
what happens?
Our Personal Networks
Each of us has our own network โ friends, family, business contacts, and the professionals we’ve worked with over the years. Add in the social and professional groups we belong to, and it adds up to a lot of connections.
The idea behind BN4ES is to put those networks to work for each other. When another member needs a referral, you tap into your circle to help them out. In return, they do the same for you โ passing your name along whenever someone they know is looking for what you offer.
Mentoring
We also offer mentorship โ if you’re new to your profession or just starting out on your own, several of our experienced members will be happy to share with you guidance and help as you find your footing.
Where to Look to Find Additional Connections
Once you’ve tapped into your existing network โ friends, colleagues, even old high school connections โ the real growth comes from finding fresh avenues.
The answer? Hundreds of online community groups.
Your job is to identify the groups where your skills are needed. Join them, watch for relevant posts, and when you find one, ask a fellow BN4ES member who is also in that group to make a referral on your behalf.
It’s our membership in various social and community networks that is the crucial part of our strategy โ because that’s where the real opportunities are hiding, long after your existing contacts have been exhausted.
The more groups you find, the wider your net. The wider your net, the more referrals come your way. It’s not about knowing everyone โ it’s about being in the right place at the right time, with someone ready to vouch for you.
